The Business Administration program was officially approved in 2016 and began enrolling students in September of the same year. In 2021, it was designated as a university-level key development program. The program passed the bachelor's degree granting qualification assessment in May 2020 and is currently undergoing ACBSP business accreditation.
The program currently enrolls 1,793 students, and offers two specialization tracks:
- Industrial Enterprise Management
- Commercial Service Enterprise Management
The program has a dedicated faculty team of 86 full-time members, including:
- 20 with senior professional titles
- 25 holding doctoral degrees
- 57 holding master's degrees
- Teachers with master’s degrees or above account for 95.3% of the full-time faculty.
In terms of curriculum development and academic research, the program has achieved the following:
- Approved for 1 provincial-level model project on curriculum-based ideological and political education reform
- Recognized with 2 provincial-level model teaching teams
- Over the past three years, faculty have published 108 academic papers, including 32 high-quality publications
- Faculty members have led more than 60 research and teaching projects
In terms of recognition:
- Faculty have received 25 awards over the past three years, including:
· 2 national-level awards
· 8 provincial-level awards
· 15 university-level awards
Students, under the guidance of faculty, actively participate in academic competitions. From 2021 to 2023, they have won:
- Seven second prizes and seven third prizes at the national level
The program has established university-enterprise partnerships with 30 companies and organizations, providing students with strong support for off-campus internships. Additionally, joint efforts with enterprises have led to the creation of “Innovation Classes” and “Industry-Oriented Classes” that closely integrate academic learning with industry needs.
